As a consequence of the March-April 2003 restructuring, which has seen the contribution to IFIL of Fiat, Sanpaolo IMI, Juventus and Soiem shareholdings, IFI - Istituto Finanziario Industriale S.p.A. ("IFI") has become the financial controlling holding of the Agnelli Group, contributing to define subsidiaries' strategies.
